These Terms of Service govern your use of the Saber Surplus website and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and listings
Saber Surplus sells surplus, used, and other equipment in the condition described on each listing. Product photographs, descriptions, compatibility information, quantities, and availability are provided in good faith, but occasional errors may occur. A listing does not guarantee that an item is appropriate for a particular system, application, or code requirement.
You are responsible for confirming compatibility and for having equipment installed, tested, and maintained by appropriately qualified personnel in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable laws, codes, and standards.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order, including when inventory, pricing, or listing information is incorrect. If we cancel an order after payment, the affected amount will be refunded. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, currently Stripe, and are also subject to that provider's terms.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Any return, refund, or cancellation terms shown on a listing, during checkout, or in order communications apply to that purchase. Please contact us promptly through the contact information in your order communications if an item arrives damaged or materially differs from its listing.
Site use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, or misuse any account or checkout feature.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Except for any express representation in a product listing and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without additional warranties, express or implied. Saber Surplus is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
